LIAM GALLAGHER 'WOULD HAVE QUIT MUSIC'

Liam Gallagher revealed that he would have turned his back on music, if it wasn't for his relationship with his Beady Eye bandmates.

Singer said to NME that to start a solo career would not be possible if he hadn't found himself in a position to carry on with Gem Archer, Andy Bell and Chris Sharrock.

He expressed that no question have been raised about him going on without his fellow former Oasis members.

Instead, he suggested, he would have put his efforts into promoting his clothing line and "chilled out for a bit".

These saying by Liam would have been a dig at his brother Noel who is preparing to release a solo record in the near future.

LIAM GALLAGHER'S SO FABULOUS

It seems that Liam Gallagher's is too busy with new band Beady Eye to see he’s morphing into a middle-aged woman.

The ex-oasis band who is owner of a clothing company Pretty Green expressed that if it wasn’t for the band, he’d design clothes full time.

He said: “Without them, I’d probably get stuck into doing Pretty Green gear and chill out for a bit.”

‘Oasis weren’t groundbreaking’

Oasis weren’t “groundbreaking," says Liam.He said that despite becoming one of the biggest groups in the world, the former band didn’t push themselves enough creatively, before their demise in August 2009,when his guitarist brother Noel Gallagher quit.

He said: “Oasis weren’t groundbreaking, it had all been done before. There are a few songs on our (Beady Eye’s) album which will remind people of Oasis … and why not? It was a good f***ing band. But you’ll hear some new bits.”

After the end of the Wonderwall hitmakers, Liam has formed new group Beady Eye with his former Oasis bandmates Gem Archer, Andy Bell and Chris Sharrock.

The Bring The Light singer insists his approach to songwriting is to just go for it and not be pretentious.

He told Uncut magazine: “I’m winging it, mate. You won’t get me talking about Oscar Wilde or all that b******s. I’m just writing the first thing that comes into my head.

“Gem does his thing, Andy does his thing and I do my thing. Then we all demo them and work on the songs together. I write on guitar, or, I barely write on guitar. I’ve got a guitar in the house on its last legs, man. I sit around and play the guitar ‘til I get bored. Then I go for a walk. Then I try and get some lyrics down and away we go.” - Bang Showbiz

Liam Gallagher says Noel created Oasis split

Noel deliberately orchestrated the fight that ended Oasis claimed by his brother Liam Gallagher.

Last August following a row between the rock ‘n’ roll siblings before a gig in Paris The group split which the singer claims the guitarist started to give an excuse to leave the group.

Liam formed Beady Eye which includes all Oasis member Gem Archer, Chris Sharrock and Andy Bell – insists the bust-up was no worse than any other they have had in the past.

He said: “It was just another f***ing argument that me and out kid had about the usual … him being him and me being me. End of. It wasn’t a big f***ing deal, we’ve had a lot worse.

“I think it was just time. I don’t think his heart was in it any more anyway. He wasn’t with us no more. So he started an argument and that was it – I bit. Perfect. I played right into his f***ing hands.”
