Noel has also released his solo album which is on October 17, Liam is ready for evaluation and he expect the world to hear very soon after they heard that the frontman is stable.

The rock star - who hasn't spoken to his sibling since Oasis split - added: 'I know Liam has heard 'The Death of You and Me' because he tweeted about it. As soon as hears the album the world will know exactly what he feels about it. I don't think he'll leave anybody in any doubt what he thinks.'

Liam Gallagher has announced that Beady Eye's second album will be packed with "great anthems and epic tunes".

The former Oasis frontman confirmed that the band already writing material for their follow up to the first film has started 'Different Gear, Still Speeding', which was released previous February.

Speaking to MTV News, Gallagher said the band's successful studio in February 2012 and next summer a "storming" will aim to record.

He commented: "We've started and it's sounding good – we're not messing about. We'll have bits of time off but we won't be sitting around watching Jeremy Kyle, we'll be in the studio."

The band will perform the Queen Of Hoxton for the This Feeling clubnight.

Starkey is the son of ex-Beatles sticksman Ringo Starr, and is The Who's touring drummer. His band is completed by singer Sharna Liguz aka Sshh.

In his book he exposed more about split from the band in 1995 resulted in a legal battle over payment and he unveil more about that and the band's rise to fame.

In his book he also enlightened his troubled relationship with Noel Gallagher.

"The reason I wrote the book in the first place was because of 'Noel Gallagher-isms,'" he told 6 Music. "You know, his one-liners.

The memoirs aren't likely to build any bridges between McCarroll and the Gallaghers - but he says he never expected that.

The 25 year old Singer was charged for attacking badly on a Fan, he was charged with invasion occasioning bodily harm after allegedly head-butting a British fan and breaking his nose in Brisbane.

Oasis Petroleum Inc. advanced in its first day of trading after raising $588 million selling shares at the midpoint of its forecast price range in the second biggest U.S. initial public offering this year.
The Houston based drilling and exploration company with oilfields in North Dakota and Montana climbed 6 % to $14.84 at 2:29 p.m. in New York Stock Exchange trading. Oasis Petroleum sold 42 million shares at $14 each, according to a statement yesterday.
The sale came after CBOE Holdings Inc. and BroadSoft Inc. priced offerings within their forecast range this week and the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index erased its loss for the year. At least 34 companies worldwide had postponed or withdrawn IPOs since the beginning of May as concern the European debt crisis would curb the global economic recovery sent the S&P 500 down as much as 14 % from its 2010 high.
“The market’s been at least stable, even had a pretty decent move up from its lows,” said Scott Billeadeau, who helps oversee $19 billion at Fifth Third Asset Management in Minneapolis and bought shares of CBOE. “And Oasis was unique. It’s oil exposed and has a seasoned management team.”
Morgan Stanley of New York and Zurich based UBS AG managed Oasis Petroleum’s sale, which was the biggest U.S. deal of 2010 after Sensata Technologies Holding NV’s $654 million offering in March, data compiled by Bloomberg show. The company is backed by EnCap Investments LP, a Houston based private equity firm.
‘Unconventional’ Deposits
Oasis Petroleum focuses on developing and extracting “unconventional” oil and natural gas deposits, according to its filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It owns rights to 292,000 acres of land in North Dakota and Montana, 85% of which has not been developed, the filing showed.
The company plans to spend $220 million on drilling and supporting activities in 2010, more than double the $89 million in 2009. Oasis Petroleum said it will use proceeds from the offering to fund its exploration program and repay debt.
The IPO came eight weeks after a rig leased by London based BP Plc exploded in the Gulf of Mexico, triggering the worst oil spill in U.S. history. President Barack Obama on May 27 extended a moratorium on deepwater offshore drilling permits and said yesterday that BP will put $20 billion into a compensation fund.
“What’s happening in the Gulf and the moratorium on offshore drilling, there’s going to be overhang with the deep sea drilling,” said Darren Fabric, managing director at Chicago based IPOX Capital Management LLC.
Relative Value
The IPO valued Oasis Petroleum at 2.19 times net tangible book value, a measure of shareholder equity that excludes assets that can’t be sold in liquidation. That’s 53% higher than the median ratio of 1.43 for 61 oil refining and marketing companies worldwide, data compiled by Bloomberg show.
While Oasis sold shares within its forecast range, Higher One Holdings Inc. cut the size of its IPO by 55 percent yesterday. Motricity Inc. reduced its deal by 40% today, a filing with the SEC showed. The Bellevue, Washington based company will now offer 5.9 million shares at $10 to $11 each.
“Capital markets are very tentative right now,” said Christopher Turner, head of capital markets at New York based private equity firm Warburg Pincus LLC, which oversees about $30 billion. “Windows are opening and shutting pretty rapidly based on idiosyncratic events and macroeconomic trends.”
Higher One, which processes financial aid payments and provides banking services to college students, raised $108 million yesterday after seeking $242.3 million, data compiled by Bloomberg and an SEC filing showed. The New Haven, Connecticut based company’s sale was managed by Goldman Sachs Group Inc.
The shares advanced 19% to $14.34 on the NYSE today.
Yale Students
Founded in 2000 by three students at Yale University, Higher One serves more than 650 campuses and about 4.6 million students. The company plans on using the proceeds from the sale to repay debt and fund general corporate expenses, develop new products and for possible acquisitions, its SEC filing showed.
About 88% of Higher One’s revenue in 2009 came from interchange fees, ATM fees, non-sufficient fund fees and other banking fees, according to the filing. The U.S. Senate passed a bill in May that would limit fees generated by debit cards.
“Investors were probably concerned with the pending changes in banking regulation that relates to debit card fees,” said Michael Gaiden, a Chicago based securities analyst at Morningstar Inc. “It’s easy to spook investors in an otherwise new story where there are a lot of unknowns, particularly with market conditions overall being tepid.”
CBOE, the last major U.S. securities exchange owned by its members, surged 12 percent on June 15 after the Chicagobased company completed its transformation into a public company with a $339 million IPO. Gaithersburg, Maryland based BroadSoft fell 7.8 percent yesterday after selling $67.5 million of shares.
Goldman Sachs led CBOE’s sale, while Goldman and Jefferies Group Inc. of New York managed BroadSoft’s IPO.

At Oasis Middle School a group of 13 math students dedicated their newly renovated courtyard on Monday.
School's students were bored with the plain, grassy courtyard and took on the task of sprucing it up.
The group of students designed a scale drawing, researched native plants, created a budget and designed a 3-D model to scale on Google SketchUp.
The students came in on a current Saturday to bring their project to life.
“I just hope it would become a popular place to hang out before and after school,” said Justus Pierce, 13. “It actually turned out better than I thought it would.”

Noel Gallagher is set to play his first post-Oasis gigs in March, for the Teenage Cancer Trust.The guitarist will join Arctic Monkeys, Them Crooked Vultures, a reformed Suede, The Who, Depeche Mode and JLS on the line-ups for the charity gigs. They will take place at the London Royal Albert Hall from February 17.

Gallagher will play two gigs at the venue, on March 25 and 26. The Who's Roger Daltrey, whose band play their gig for the series on March 30, told NME that the shows would be the guitarist's only live dates of 2010. For the rest of the line-up dates see below.It was announced last month that Suede would be reforming for their Teenage Cancer Trust show – without original guitarist Bernard Butler.In addition to the gigs, a comedy night will take place at the venue as part of the series on March 23.

Oasis of the Seas, larger than life on the ocean's horizon Friday morning, swaggered into Port Everglades, sounding her horn as a crowd of onlookers at John U. Lloyd State Park beach let out a cheer.
``Wow!'' cried one early riser, joining revelers with binoculars and blankets to greet the 225,000-ton megaship. `It's so amazing!'' shrieked another. ``It's huge.''
The world's largest cruise ship was accompanied by a flotilla of small boats and doused by water cannons as she headed into her new home port.
At the park, Marsha Scharf, of Chesterfield, Mo., rubbernecked from the beach and thumbed through a text message on her cellphone. ``TJ says `Can you tell which ship we are?' '' she laughed to her fiancé, Tom Smyka, who stood next to her clicking pictures with a digital camera.
Scharf said her son, Timothy J. Scharf, had sent the text message from onboard the Oasis, where he has been working since August as the IT manager. ``It's his 33rd birthday,'' she said.
Dana Steinberg, a retired merchant marine from Hollywood, arrived early at John U. Lloyd Park Friday to behold the mammoth ship, which has seven neighborhoods, including a Boardwalk reminiscent of Coney Island. The ship has not one, but two rock-climbing walls, an ice-skating rink, and 24 specialty restaurants among an array of entertainment and activities. The ship's theater will feature a 90-minute production of the Broadway hit Hairspray, which the cast has been practicing during the crossing.
``It's the largest in the world,'' Steinberg said. ``I've never actually been on a cruise, but I love ships.''
Joy Rodeberg, 13, played along the beach with her sisters Sarah, 15, and Rebecca, 8, as the Oasis grew larger on the horizon. ``My dad told me about it: It's the world's largest ship,'' said Joy, toting a welcome poster.
The Oasis, carrying crew and construction workers, braved high seas and hurricane force winds in the North Atlantic Ocean, which stretched the journey from its shipyard in Turku, Finland to Fort Lauderdale to 14 days -- two days longer than planned. But Royal Caribbean officials say the giant ship performed excellently in the rough seas.
Now that the ship is in Port Everglades, workers will put the final details on the vessel. Perhaps the biggest job is the installation of some 12,000 shrubs, plants and trees to give Central Park, the first of its kind park-at-sea, a leafy, green ambiance.
Miami based Royal Caribbean plans a private performance by pop singer Rihanna on Nov. 19, followed by a national television debut on ABC's Good Morning America Nov. 20 from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.
The ship will sail on several promotional cruises with travel agents, journalists and guests before making its first revenue cruise Dec. 1.
The naming ceremony is slated for Nov. 30 during a fundraiser to benefit the nonprofit Make-A-Wish Foundation, which provides treats to children with life-threatening illnesses. Tickets for the event begin at $750 per person.

Oasis tonight big event of the Seas was a gala dinner in the Opus Dining Room, where photographer/reporter Teijo Niemela curses that the lamb chops served were the best he's had in years. Then the party moved out onto the Royal Promenade. What's fun about this series of photographs is that it shows the ship in what presumably will be its more natural state -- lots of people out and about, noshing, drinking, having fun. Since it's dark at this point (and let's be honest, it's fall in Finland, which means it's also a bit cold at night), the events focused on indoor spaces aboard Oasis of the Seas. When Oasis split up Liam Gallagher wasn't shocked.
The future of the pair was left hanging in the balance in August when Liam's brother, guitarist Noel Gallagher, quit the band because of arguments with his sibling.
The singer admits he expected the 'Live Forever' hitmakers to disband but is still struggling to deal with what happened.
He said: "I'd love to talk about it but I can't do this because I haven't after 18 years in Oasis had the time to think about the situation. It's only been just over a month and I have to sit down and work it out because my comments would be on my musical headstone.
"But I'm gutted. I love being in Oasis. When I'm ready, you will hear the story of side. It wasn't a shock to me hat we split."
Despite his unhappy , Liam says he is "proud" of the way the band ended.
He added to Live magazine: "It took the members of Oasis to knock it on the head. All the people who said we wouldn't last? We did and in the end no one got to us except for us. We were the ones who brought Oasis down and not our critics. I'm very proud of that."

However, two months have passed since the contentious siblings reportedly clashed backstage, and this time it’s Liam Gallagher who is proclaiming that Oasis are officially finished in a new interview with the Times U.K.. “Oasis is no longer. I think we all know that. So that’s done,” Liam said. “Without a doubt. And it’s a shame but that’s life. We had a good run at it.”

Desert Oasis (3-3, 3-2 Southwest Division) coach Faron Seibel credits his team’s defense in the win. They only surrendered 29 yards in the first half, he said.
“Our defense played outstanding,” Seibel said. “We came out, they never got going and well played.”

Desert Oasis puts up fight but finally bows to Bishop Gorman

Bishop Gorman has a tendency to intimidate its opponents. With its roster full of Division-I prospects and weekly blowout victories, the Gaels usually force the other team to crumble by halftime.
That wasn’t the case against Desert Oasis Thursday night. The Diamondbacks stuck right with the Gales for the first three quarters, until Bishop Gorman pulled away for a 42-11 victory in the final 12 minutes.
“I’ll give them credit for heart,” Bishop Gorman senior running back Victor Belen said. “They had the most heart we’ve played so far, the most heart I’ve seen in four years playing here.”
At the end of the third quarter, the Gaels led only 21-11.
But in the fourth quarter, Belen rushed for two touchdowns to put Desert Oasis away. Overall, Belen carried the ball 17 times for 152 yards and three touchdowns.
“He’s been great since game one,” Bishop Gorman coach Tony Sanchez said. “He’s a heck of a player.”
It was the Gaels’ other star running back, sophomore Shaquille Powell, who struck first. He put Bishop Gorman up 7-0 in the first quarter with a three-yard touchdown run.
Belen followed it with a 24 yard sweep for a score on the team’s next possession. The two touchdown deficit did not deter Desert Oasis.
The Diamondbacks capitalized on the Gaels’ mistakes by recording a safety after a bad snap on a punt attempt and recovered two punts that hit Bishop Gorman players.
With 10 minutes remaining in the second half, Desert Oasis senior quarterback Brennen Stott scored on a 19 yard option run to make the score 14-8.
“They made us grind it out, and I think that’s good for our kids, because we haven’t played past the third quarter the whole season,” Sanchez said.
At halftime, Desert Oasis coach Faron Seibel challenged his players. He told them to win the game, they needed to shut Bishop Gorman out in the third quarter.
The Diamondbacks did exactly that but couldn’t supplement it with points. Stott threw two interceptions in the red zone, one to Belen and the other to Bishop Gorman senior Taylor Spencer, who also had four catches for 87 yards and a touchdown.
“We made a few mistakes there at the end that kind of cost us,” Seibel said. “But we were very proud of how we played.”
Offensively, the Diamondbacks leaned on senior Ronald Hunt. The running back had 21 carries for 57 yards and caught three passes for 55 yards.
“We underestimated them. We did,” Belen said. “They came out swinging and we didn’t play as hard as we do in practice. We came out here and got smacked in the mouth and we smacked them back. That’s all we can do.”

Among other artists with multiple nominations for the music publication's annual awards were U2, Florence & The Machine, The Prodigy, Kasabian and Dizzee Rascal. The prizes are handed out on October 26.
Arctic Monkeys, who have just released their third album, appear on the shortlist for best track ("Crying Lightning"), best live act, best album ("Humbug") and best act in the world.
Manchester's Oasis have been nominated for best live act and best act in the world, despite songwriter and guitarist Noel Gallagher announcing last month that he had quit the band due to a bust up with his brother and frontman Liam.
"The nominations are compiled from votes cast in their thousands by Q's readers, listeners, viewers and online users, so they reflect the choice of the nation's music fans," said Q Magazine editor-in-chief Paul Rees.

Debenhams Plc is considering buying Karen Millen and Oasis, U.K. fashion brands that were forced into administration when Iceland’s banking system collapsed, a person familiar with the matter said.
Debenhams, the U.K.’s second largest department store chain, is concerned in the Aurora Fashions Ltd. brands, which also include Coast and Warehouse, said the person, who declined to be identified because the talks are private. Aurora, held by Kaupthing Bank Hf and former managers, bought the brands from administrators in March.
“You could get Aurora for not a lot of money, say 100 million pounds ($164 million),” said Nick Bubb, an analyst at Pali International in London who has a “neutral” rating on Debenhams. “They have some nice brands. It would be a useful thing to do.”
A spokesman at Aurora, who declined to be identified, said Kaupthing sees the business as a long term investment and it has no intention of disposing of any assets. The brands are performing ahead of plan, he added.
Officials at Debenhams declined to comment. Debenhams, which makes more money from designer brands that it owns than it does from selling clothes on behalf of third parties, is considering “opportunistic acquisitions,” Chief Executive Officer Rob Templeman said in June.
The owner of the clothing lines before Aurora, Mosaic Fashions Hf, entered bankruptcy protection in March following newspaper reports that it owed creditor Kaupthing 450 million pounds in the wake of Iceland’s financial crisis.
Aurora brands, aside from Karen Millen, are already stocked at Debenhams in retail concessions. In March, Debenhams bought clothing inventory from the failed Principles chain, once also owned by Mosaic.
Baugur Stake
“Switching Debenhams concessions to own bought would be logical and would internalize quite a lot of margin,” UBS AG analyst Andy Hughes said by phone. “It would take Debenhams into new territory, as they would have some standalone stores.”
Failed retail investment firm Baugur Hf, which collapsed in February after talks broke down with its main creditors, had a nonage stake in Mosaic.
Debenhams is interested in buying other brands that have currently been taken private, the person familiar with the retailer’s plans said. The person said brands would be like to, but not include, surfwear maker Fat Face Ltd., the U.K. sports clothing chain acquired by Bridgepoint Capital Ltd. Adding stores from competitors such as department-store chain House of Fraser Plc is also an option, the person said.
House of Fraser Chairman Don McCarthy said last week he would “never rule out” selling underperforming stores at the right price.
Debenhams, which has 144 stores, said today that annual profit rose after it gave more space to its more profitable designer ranges. So-called concession ranges, which include Oasis, Coast and Warehouse, under-performed its “Designers at Debenhams” brands, Templeman said on a conference call today.
The shares, which have more than tripled in value this year, fell 4.1 percent to 81.55 pence in London trading. The company has a market value of 1 billion pounds, less than a fifth that of its larger rival, Marks & Spencer Group Plc.
Templeman, besides considering purchases, has been repaying debt after raising 323 million pounds selling shares. The CEO said he would update the market on acquisition plans at the Oct. 22 earnings announcement.

But, thousands of fans were saddened when the show was pulled entirely where normally Noel would have filled Liam's shoes to take lead vocals and Snow Patrol stepped in to close the festival at the last minute.

Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher has excused to fans after illness pressured the band to pull out of their headline slot at the V Festival in Essex.
The band performed in Stafford on Saturday but Gallagher was apprised by doctors not to perform again after being diagnosed with viral laryngitis.
"The voice may of [sic] ceased but I'm still here," he said via Twitter.
"First things first, V, I'm gutted, you're gutted. I'm sorry, what can I say?"
Snow Patrol stepped up to fill the headline slot.
Their encore added versions of Oasis classics Wonderwall and Champagne Supernova, while psychedelic US rockers MGMT accomplished a cardboard cut out of Liam on stage as they played Live Forever in his honour.
Liam Gallagher added: "Respect to those bands who covered Oasis last night."

Brit rockers Oasis are to help bring the V Festival to a close.
The Manchester band headlined the festival's Weston Park venue in Staffordshire on Saturday night, and switch to the twin site in Hylands Park, Chelmsford, on Sunday night.
Fans will be hoping the at internals erratic relationship between the Gallagher brothers holds for another day at least after Noel and Liam recently announced they are not speaking to each other.
Thousands of festival goers have been partying at both sites since Friday night, enjoying gigs from the likes of The Killers, Lily Allen, Katy Perry and Lady Gaga.
Also on the listing are Ska legends The Specials, Elbow and Dizzie Rascal. Artists play each venue over the weekend.
On Saturday, newly converted cricket fan Lily Allen asked fans for the score from the final Ashes Test.
The 24 year old singer wore blue jeans hot pants, a revealing black vest and towering black stilettos to show off her tan and figure, telling festival goers: "Hello England, it's good to see you lot."
Elsewhere at the festival, Jade Goody's widower Jack Tweed was spotted enjoying the hospitality bar in the Completely VIP area with a group of male friends.
TV presenter Myleene Klass was also seen dancing with her two year old daughter Ava in the Virgin Media Louder Lounge VIP Area, while Doctor Who star Billie Piper and husband Lawrence Fox had left nine month old son Winston at home to come and delight the festival.

LONDON, Aug 12 (Reuters) - Unite Group (UTG.L), Britain's biggest developer of student housing, is to sell a superiority stake in its charged future developments to Oasis Capital, a Bahrain-based bank, the Financial Times was message on Wednesday.
The FT said the company, which is anticipate to communicate the deal later on Wednesday, is creating a 200 million pound ($330 mln) joint adventure to hold three schemes, all located in London, that will be delivered in 2010.

Oasis will achieve a 75 percent ante in the new vehicle, and Unite will keep 25 percent, according to the FT report.
The acreage under development will be sold for as much as 90 million pounds ($148.5 mln) to the joint venture, the FT said, and the deal is assumed to help Unite's balance sheet, reducing net debt and freeing cash and unused debt conveniences for expansion. Oasis have declared that they will tour the UK this year.

After revealing this morning that the band are releasing their first ever official remix, the five-piece also said that they will hit the road in late 2008.

Full details of a British Oasis tour, their first since 2005, are expected to to be announced "shortly".

On August 11 2008, the Oasis band declared full facts of their comeback single, 'The Shock Of The Lightning', set to be released on September 29.

The bands initially got importance performing on the Manchester club circuit. They were signed to independent record label Creation Records and afterwards released their debut album Definitely Maybe in 1994. The following year, the band recorded (What's the Story) Morning Glory? (1995) with their new drummer Alan White, whilst rivaling with Britpop peers Blur in the charts. The Gallagher brothers were attributed regularly in tabloid newspapers for their sibling rivalry and wild lifestyles, cultivating reputations both as bad boys and as a band of the people.
